Project timelines
Typically our construction schedule is booked about six months out. You should plan for a minimum of four months for design development and permitting, pending project size. Simple projects such as kitchen or bathroom remodels move fairly quickly because there is less design work and permits can be done over the counter. If you are remodeling more of your home including changing walls, adding square footage, etc., then you can assume design and permitting could take a year or more, pending which reviews are required by the city for your specific project.
Examples
200 sf full kitchen remodel with partial wall removal, all interior work.
