Typically our construction schedule is booked about six months out.
Most projects include a design and permitting phase before construction begins. This can take anywhere from 4 months for simpler projects to a year or more for larger remodels or additions, depending on scope and city review requirements.
Construction timelines vary based on project size and complexity, with smaller projects moving more quickly and larger renovations requiring longer durations.

Design & Permitting: 4 months | Construction: 4–6 months
