Design Build| San Francisco

A few years after completing a facade remodel, this client reached out again, ready to start an interior remodel. The majority of the work happened on the top two floors, where we reorganized the floor plans to create an open living, dining and kitchen space, as well as a primary suite with a large steam shower and a roof deck with city views. We also remodeled the bathrooms (five total!), installed new hardwood flooring throughout, rebuilt the stairs and railings, installed custom built-in closet systems and a wall-bed, and updated all doors, windows, trim, and paint. To bring in more natural light on the second floor, we added a large skylight over the kitchen and several custom “walkable” skylights on the roof deck. We also enlarged all rear facing windows and added a massive front facing window in the primary suite for both light and views. Noz Design chose finishes and furniture for the kitchen, living, dining, and primary suite - bringing to life the home owners vision for a bright and playful family-friendly home.
