Noe Glow

Full Home Remodel + Addition | Noe Valley, San Francisco

This project involved a full remodel and expansion of a three-bedroom single-family home in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood, transforming it into a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home for a family of six.

We reworked the interior and exterior of the home and added both a fourth-floor level and a rear addition. The layout was designed to support flexibility as the family grows, with open living spaces for shared use and a variety of bedroom and bathroom configurations.

The new fourth floor includes a primary suite and access to a roof deck with southern views of the city. Exterior updates included new windows, doors, and finishes, creating a more modern expression while remaining consistent with planning guidelines.

The project also included a full rear yard remodel. We excavated and introduced new retaining walls to level the steep site, improving usability and bringing more natural light into the lower levels. Large multi-sliding doors at multiple floors strengthen the connection between the interior and exterior and further enhance light throughout the home.

The result is an expanded home designed to support a growing family, with improved light, flow, and connection across all levels.
